" My name is Greg Guthrie. I was asked to tell you my story about my experience with a local septic system installer named Harold Kilgore of Talmo, Georgia. I was interested in building, at the time a 2nd home; on a lot on a local lake in Northeast Georgia that was to many an unbuildable lot. After much engineering work the problem with the lot was going to be how to deal with the septic. As it turned out the only problem I had was in selecting the right person for this job. The right person not only needs to know how to install but, and most important it turns out, how to effectively communicate this to the local health department and other agencies involved in this sort of thing. After talking with my engineer he suggested Mr. Kilgore. Not only did he get us through environmental but gave me the confidence I needed to take on such a challenging task. This process took more than 4 years to complete during which this cabin evolved to become my primary home. The system works great and we could not be happier with the job done by Mr. Kilgore. Without his involvement I believe this project would have not completed and/ or certainly would not have developed in becoming our dream home. "
